Our first product, Jack's Beer Batter Shrimp Fry was the creation of our late grandfather John (better known as Jack by all of his friends and family). He was a renowned fisherman, who would cook fish and shrimp for the family any chance he got. His combined love for seafood and cooking lead to the creation of his famous beer batter shrimp recipe. The recipe combines his southern roots with a little Chicago flare. The result is a dish that has become a sought after treat by all. We have now decided to share this delicious recipe with the world.
